为什么还要做执法检查？一方面，我在调研中发现，这十年各地形成了不少积极有效的创新成果，有一些经验值得总结提炼、推而广之，目前已有20个左右的省（自治区、直辖市）出台反家庭暴力地方性法规，其中均将保护范围扩展至“共同生活人员”，细化处置流程；部分地区创新建立“公安+民政+妇联”联动模式、“一站式”取证救助机制，有效提升了处置的质效。
